Intelligence marketing has been widely used professionally by many as a diplomatic tool by companies that are competing. For that competition is created that has been the basis for the development of marketing intelligence, both nationally and globally.

Not only that, the rapid development of technology and cultural changes that occurred simultaneously also requires a marketing intelligence system to capture the interest and taste of the market. Thus, companies can follow the contemporary needs of changing times in society that never-ending. Although in reality, marketing intelligence does not always run smoothly. Since most failures triggered by the planning that is not accurate due to lack or inaccuracy of information and inadequate funding, lack of skilled personnel, as well as the bureaucracy is not good.
